OLD BAY CHICKEN SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 cups shredded chicken breast (from 2-3 rotisserie chickens depending on size)
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- 2 celery ribs, peeled, finely minced
- 1 jalapeno, finely minced
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Dijon
- 2 tsp old bay seasoning
Cooking steps
Step 1
Put everything in a bowl. Mix well to combine! Store in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Step 2
I think this is best after sitting for at least 2 hours!
