Broccoli salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp white miso
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon, juiced (abt 2 Tbsp)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp fine pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil FOR THE SALAD:
  • 6-7 cups (450g) tiny Raw broccoli florets
  • 150 grams snow peas, thinly sliced on a bias
  • 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 200g shredded Purple cabbage
  • 1 Red chile, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp toasted Sesame seeds
  • Add everything to a bowl. Mix well. Allow to sit for 15 min. Serve and enjoy!

Add everything to a jar except oils. Mix to combine. Add oils. Mix again.
