Broccoli salad
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tbsp white miso
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon, juiced (abt 2 Tbsp)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp fine pink salt
- 1/4 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp olive oil FOR THE SALAD:
- 6-7 cups (450g) tiny Raw broccoli florets
- 150 grams snow peas, thinly sliced on a bias
- 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
- 200g shredded Purple cabbage
- 1 Red chile, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp toasted Sesame seeds
- Add everything to a bowl. Mix well. Allow to sit for 15 min. Serve and enjoy!
