PEANUT BUTTER DATE BARK

INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 dates, opened, pitted, checked
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 tsp maldon salt

Cooking steps

Step 1

Place dates tightly in a square pattern on a piece of parchment. Add another piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten.

Step 2

Remove top layer of parchment and spread peanut butter over the dates. (I microwave mine for 15 seconds to loosen). Add topping like nuts if using. Freeze for at least 30 min. Melt chocolate in 15 second increments. Pour over frozen peanut butter and gently spread edge to edge. Sprinkle salt. Freeze. Cut into pieces. Enjoy! Store in the freezer!!!
