SUPER EASY KOREAN STYLE SHORT RIBS
INGREDIENTS:
- 2-2.5 kilo short ribs (or spareribs, flanken, boneless spareribs…)
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 4-6 Tbsp chili garlic sauce (or sriracha)
- 3 inch piece of ginger, grated
Cooking steps
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°c (325°f) and lightly grease a baking dish. Place everything aside from the meat into the pan. Whisk to break up sugar. Add in ribs and use your hands to mix around and make sure that each ribs is fully coated in the sauce. Place meat in a single layer. Cover pan with parchment and foil and bake for 3-4 hours or until fork tender. (The larger the ribs, the longer they will take!) Serve hot and enjoy!
