OVERNIGHT ASADO ROAST 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large asado roast (or flanken roast)
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp coarse black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Cooking steps

Step 1

Preheat oven to 120°c (250°f). Place asado roast in a large baking dish. Add all the ingredients and rub well on both sides. Place a piece of parchment over the roast followed by a large piece of foil. Wrap tightly. Place in the oven and cook for 10-12 hours until fork (or spoon ) tender!

Step 2

Serve hot and enjoy!
