3 INGREDIENT COTTAGE CHEESE BAGELS

:

  • 250g (1 cup) cottage cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1&1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Cooking steps

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Combine everything in a bowl. Mix. Then knead with your hands till it comes together. Maybe a drop sticky. That’s fine.

Step 2

Cover with damp cloth. Sit for 5 min just to allow it to relax.

Step 3

Cut into 4 pieces. Roll into bowl. Poke a hole in the center shape into bagel.

Step 4

Brush with beaten egg. Top with whatever you like. I used Everything bagel seasoning.

Step 5

Bake for 35/45 minutes until deeply golden.

Step 6

Place on cooling rack and cool for at least 25 minutes before slicing.

Step 7

Eat and enjoy!
