INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 2-240 g containers of tomato paste or 2 small cans tomato paste plus 1/4 c water
  • 1 large or 2 small onions
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c ketchup
  • 1/2 c oot – tamarind sauce
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 packages of mini pizza doughs

Cooking steps

Step 1

Mix your sauce, ingredients and add to your ground beef. Mix very well .Marinate overnight in the fridge . Place your dough on the tray leaving space in between each one. Put a heaping tablespoon of meat onto the dough, flattening with a fork. Make sure you meet goes to the edge of the dough because it will shrink. bake for 10 minutes, flatten your meat ,and then return to the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes. This recipe makes about 48 mini pizza dough. I use Mazor. Serve with tehina on the side . These freeze amazing fully cooked . Just pull out of the freezer Shabbat morning and put straight on the hot plate! Serve and enjoy! Ingredient
