i love a recipe that is made to feed lots of people! one batch of this dough can fit an entire sheet pan which, for me, is perfect. i can make one huge regular pizza, i can make half cheese half corn (not for me, i promise, for my israeli children), or i can do a third with sauce only for dovi (blasphemy, i know), a third with corn, for the most israeli amongst us, and the last third, say, with olives, for those who know. and what’s so great is that because the blank slate i’m starting with is so big, there will be enough for everyone!
