2 INGREDIENT GLUTEN FREE PARMESAN ONION CRACKERS

:

  • 2 cups grated Parmesan
  • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced (the thinner the better)
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper

Cooking steps

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175°c (350°f) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Step 2

Place Parmesan on the baking sheet. Spread out and create a rectangle. Or leave it free form. Just flatten onto a single even layer. Add onion slices and sprinkle pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes (maybe need a few more or less minutes depending on your oven so watch them!) until cheese is golden and crisp everywhere. Remove. Cool for 2 minutes. Then scut or crack into pieces. Serve and enjoy.

NOTES

Ps- think serving along a Caesar salad or any salad. And topping the cracker with the salad mmmmmm!!!!
