PEPPER CRUSTED FRESH TUNA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

2 1&1/2 inch tuna filets 

1/4 c black sesame seeds

2 tbsp kosher salt

1 tbsp freshly cracked pepper

1 tbsp canola oil 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix together seeds, salt and pepper on a large plate.

Pat tuna down on mixture and cover all sides. 

Place a on over high heat and allow to reheat for 3-4 minutes.

Add oil and tuna.

Cook for about 30 seconds on each side.

Remove from pan and rest 5 minutes.

Then slice against the grain!
