- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 purple onion
- 1-2 jalapeno (if you want it less spicy, remove the ribs and seeds
- 4 tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- In food processor blend pulse garlic, onion and jalapeño.
- Add in tomatoes, salt and pepper
- With food processor running drizzle in olive oil.
- Taste and adjust seasoning
