Ingredients
  1. 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 1 tsp sumac
  5. 1/4 c cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Put everything in a bowl
  2. Let sit for at least two hours
Notes
  1. This can stay in your fridge for up to two weeks!
